These workshops are intended for 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals and their allies and cover a variety of wellness topics including consent and boundaries\, communication\, healthy relationships\, providing gender-affirmative support\, and self-compassion. \nThese workshops are provided by the Colchester Sexual Assault Centre in partnership with The Lotus Centre.
